Emergency plumber

24/7 Emergency Plumber in Manchester & Greater Manchester

Water where it shouldn't be doesn't wait for office hours. Our lines are answered around the clock, so you speak to a plumber rather than an answering machine.

We aim to be with you in 30–60 minutes across our covered postcodes, traffic and workload permitting. The first job is always to stop the water, then find the fault and agree a price before any chargeable work starts.

No callout fee · Price agreed before work starts · 12-month workmanship guarantee

Problems we're called out to

  • Burst or split pipe

Water pouring from pipework under a sink, in a loft or behind a wall. We isolate the supply and repair or replace the section.

  • Water through a ceiling

A stain spreading downstairs usually means a leak above. We trace it before more plaster comes down.

  • Overflowing toilet or waste

Waste backing up into a bath or shower needs clearing quickly. We clear it and check what caused it.

  • No water or no pressure

Failed stop taps, airlocks and valve problems that leave a property without usable water.

  • Leaking cylinder or tank

Cylinders, cold tanks and expansion vessels that have started weeping or dumping water.

  • Frozen or failed pipework

Cold-snap damage on exposed runs — thawed carefully, then repaired properly rather than patched.

What happens when you call

You'll speak to someone who does the work, not a call centre. If water is still running we'll talk you through finding the stop tap and isolating it while we're on the way — that alone often saves hundreds of pounds in damage.

  • Honest ETA on the call, and a text or ring if traffic changes it
  • Fault diagnosed on site and explained in plain terms
  • Price agreed with you before any chargeable work begins
  • Repair tested under pressure before we pack up
  • Dust sheets down, mess taken away with us

Emergency plumbing for landlords and businesses

We look after letting agents, landlords with several properties and local businesses across Greater Manchester — salons, takeaways, shops and offices where a leak means closing the doors.

Agreed rates, priority response and clear itemised invoices for your records. If a tenant reports a leak, one call gets it dealt with and you get told what was found and what was done.

What it costs

There's no callout fee. You get a price on site once we've found the fault, and nothing chargeable starts until you've agreed to it. Labour and materials are itemised on the invoice, and you can pay by cash, debit card, credit card or bank transfer.

Common questions

Do you really answer the phone at night?
Yes. Emergency calls are taken around the clock, including weekends and bank holidays.
How quickly can you get to me?
We aim for 30–60 minutes across our covered postcodes, depending on traffic and how many jobs are live at the time. You'll get a realistic ETA on the call rather than a guess.
What should I do before you arrive?
Turn the water off at the stop tap if you can — it's usually under the kitchen sink or in a downstairs cupboard. Move anything valuable out of the way and, if water is near lights or sockets, switch that circuit off.
Is there a callout charge?
No. The price is agreed on site once the fault has been found, before chargeable work starts.
